Description: The Charles Darwin Foundation contacted ORT Chile to call upon its expertise to identify educational needs and to design and implement necessary strategies, to develop study training needs that meet the demands required by the tourism industry on the island.
ORT Chile conducted a study of the entire labor market of the Island, and created a work plan. The study determined the training needs, to design a proposal for an educational system that would significantly reduce the migration impact of the external workforce on the Island.
