ORT Chile developed and implemented an innovative intervention strategy focused which on the culture of each school, taking into consideration individual dynamics, history, self-image, student, professor and management characteristics, as well as problems specific to each institution. We identified the main factors that had affected poor results, and addressed them through training and support processes relevant to the specific reality of each school.
