Description: Development and implementation of a permanent training program for workers of the Unemployment Fund Administrator (AFC Chile).
The program contemplates in a first stage, the development of a web platform where users could access a range of contents necessary for their performance in the organization. It also included the development of accompanying software for the customer service assistants.
In a second stage, the contents were organized in three training courses for their collaborators, with introductory contents to work in AFC Chile.
